Em pleno cumprimento da Lei de Acesso à Informação Pública (Lei nº 12.527/2011), a Prefeitura de Santo Antônio da Patrulha coloca à disposição o Serviço de Informações ao Cidadão – SIC, também na formas da Lei Municipal n.º .6.623/2012 e Decreto Municipal n.º 568/2016. Este serviço possibilita a qualquer interessado, desde que preencha a identificação e especificação da informação requerida, acesso a informações dos Órgãos e Entidades Municipais.
A Secretaria Municipal da Agricultura e Meio Ambiente (SEMAM) está realizando uma Consulta Pública sobre a regulamentação e a delegação do abastecimento de água potável na zona rural do município.
A proposta busca regularizar a gestão dos sistemas comunitários de abastecimento, garantindo mais segurança jurídica e criando condições para que o município possa realizar investimentos na melhoria do serviço.

As contribuições da comunidade vão ajudar a Prefeitura a aprimorar e fundamentar a versão final do Projeto de Lei que será encaminhado à Câmara de Vereadores.
Atualmente, Santo Antônio da Patrulha conta com 37 poços comunitários e redes coletivas, responsáveis pelo abastecimento de aproximadamente 3.245 famílias no interior.
A iniciativa prevê uma parceria formal com Associações de Moradores ou Cooperativas, em que o Município poderá assumir o custeio do tratamento, dos exames da água e da limpeza dos reservatórios, enquanto a comunidade permanece responsável pela gestão local.
A consulta pública é mais uma etapa desse processo de construção. Participe e ajude a construir uma solução para o abastecimento de água na zona rural do nosso município!
